Qualified & experienced in giving energy advice? Strong Project Management skills? Want to help some of the most vulnerable residents keep warm and manage their energy bills? Join us to Coordinate Groundwork’s award-winning national Green Doctor programme across the West Midlands
As project Coordinator you will oversee the delivery of Green Doctor home visits, following Covid Risk Assessments and online assistance as required. Home visits are a mix of advice, installation of small practical energy-saving measures such as low energy light bulbs, draft proofing and referring on to other health and wellbeing services. We aim to reduce our client’s energy bills and save them money in a variety of ways including providing a bill switching service.
You will also lead on project promotion through high quality marketing and social media content, develop training packages for community groups and other front line practitioners and represent Groundwork West Midlands on the national steering group.
You will be an organised practical, people-person with a passion for helping vulnerable people. You must have knowledge of energy efficiency to provide in-home tailored energy saving advice, and the ability to adapt your approach to suit our client’s varying needs.
You must be comfortable with lone working and in managing your own workload.
