Salary: £20,795 – £22,915
Based: Wigan*
36.25 hours per week
*some travel across Wigan may be required

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team at Groundwork as a Fuel Poverty and Climate Change Project Officer.

We are looking for someone who is dynamic, dedicated and passionate about making a difference.

As a Fuel Poverty and Climate Change Project Officer your role will be to provide engaging energy advice in affordable warmth, energy efficiency and water efficiency to householders in Wigan and the surrounding areas to help keep them warm, save money and reduce carbon.

The role includes telephone advice, home visiting, casework management and connecting with local organisations and wider fuel poverty and carbon reduction initiatives across the region. You will champion the fuel poverty cause with local stakeholders and make a key contribution to the success of Groundwork’s Green Doctor programme.
