ROLE SUMMARY

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about building resilience and reducing health inequalities in communities, in driving forward the creation of a network of green community hubs across the North of England.

Please note the role is 14.5hrs a week until end of January 2024.

Job Description

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

We are looking for someone with extensive experience of working with local communities and a proven track record of partnership working. Ideal candidates will have knowledge of community development and engagement methodologies and will be approachable with the ability to motivate others.
