About the role

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Kitchen Porter to join our Café Shrub Team.  Working with a supportive brigade, you will be expected to have basic hygiene knowledge, experience using chemicals, be able to follow instructions and work in a timely and efficient manner.

The role requires a positive and flexible approach with the ability to operate effectively in a fast paced customer environment.  In addition, the role will require weekend working and some evening working.

About you

We are seeking someone who has experience working within a catering environment.  With a pleasant disposition and positive attitude and the ability to communicate with people at all levels as you will be dealing with staff, customers and suppliers.

With a passion for food and delivering an excellent service, you will also have knowledge of food safety and health and safety principles.
