Northern Inclusion Consortium – Management Information & Compliance Officer

The Northern Inclusion Consortium are delivering the Step Forward Tees Valley programme which is funded by the European Social Fund and The National Lottery Community Fund until June 2022.

Job Role
The post holder will work as part of the Quality & Performance Team, reporting to the Quality & Performance Manager. You will work alongside two Programme Support Officers. You will provide effective programme support to the full Step Forward Tees Valley Programme Management Team relating to delivery, compliance and audit.

The post holder will be required to support all aspects of the programme including (although not exhaustive) reporting, maintaining and updating the information from the Management Information System (MIS), generating reports and performance management information, provision of advice and support to staff in use of MIS, monitoring of partner performance, contribute/develop effective systems to monitor targets, contribute to effective audit and improvements to service user files, provide information for purposes of evaluation and provide support to the finance team as required.

A flexible approach must be adopted at all times and the ability to cover a range of tasks is essential
