Role Title: Project Manager (Youth)

Role Area: Hampshire & Dorset 

Location: Remote home working with attendance at events in Hampshire
Contract: Fixed Term Contract until 31 March 2023
Salary: £14.00 per hour (FTE £27,300 per annum)
Hours: 15 hours per week

We are looking for a highly motivated, equally passionate person to join our team in Hampshire & Dorset and help us to make a real difference to young people. As Project Manager you will manage the development, promotion and successful delivery and implementation of our Youth projects across the area.

The successful candidate will work strategically while delivering projects to budget as required to support the effective running of our service meeting the requirements of clients, funders and stakeholders as set out in our contracts. Ideally you will have knowledge and experience of delivering youth services through inception to completion and experience of working with public, private and voluntary sectors.

Experience of managing staff including a proven ability to build, motivate and lead high performing teams will be considered a significant benefit.

This role will be a Designated Safeguarding Officer and may be required to provide ‘on-call’ cover.
