Job Role

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who has proven work experience managing Quality and compliance and assessment processes on a project that works with a range of unemployed young people and adults in a targeted environment.

This role involves working on a payment by results project so it is essential that you can manage your time and prioritise your workload effectively in order to meet given targets.

As part of this role you will:

  • Manage quality and compliance across employment projects
  • Conduct observations of staff, conduct audits and spot checks on paperwork and delivery.
  • Support staff to improve on quality and compliance, reporting all feedback to Management,
  • Immediately report any concerns for consistent quality issues and devise a plan to rectify with the delivery manager.
  • Plan staff training alongside the Lead employability coaches to ensure staff receive the support they need to reduce errors or quality issues.
  • Conduct customer surveys and report on this monthly to the delivery manager.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with funding bodies and/or contract holders and share best practice and learn from development areas.
  • Maintain accurate and up to date records;
  • Report regularly to the delivery manager on your performance.
  • Observe the company’s/contract quality standards
  • Keep up to date, accurate reports, statistical reviews and relevant documentation

You must have proven experience of Quality and Assurance and ideally line managing staff in a target driven industry, developing productive relationships with partners and external agencies and also able to provide high quality standards across projects.

This role will require regular travel across the region so you must have a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
