Job Role

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who has proven work experience within a Quality Assurance Office role working on employability contracts.

This role involves working in a deadline driven environment so it is essential that you can manage your time and prioritise your workload effectively in order to meet administrative deadlines.
As part of this role you will:

• To work with the Quality Assurance Manager and employability staff to provide a Quality Assurance function.
• You will be required to travel to our other centers on a regular basis therefore a car owner with business insurance is essential, agreed travel will be claimable through travel expenses with prior permission from the Head of Employment.
• To support the Quality Assurance Manager with tasks to ensure smooth compliant running of the projects.
• Manage record keeping, eligibility rules and audit requirements, and to provide project support or visits where necessary.
• Conduct staff observations to ensure quality of delivery is at a high standard
• To audit and compliance check all paperwork and systems data to ensure full compliance.
• Complete audit reports for the Quality Assurance Manager and Head of Employment, with plans on dealing with areas of concern.
• Conduct referral calls in conjunction with local job centres, to conduct in work support calls for participants that have moved into employment.

You must have proven experience of working with Prime contract holders and funding partners. Experience of spreadsheets and Excel is essential.

A strong confident approach is required in this role as you will be liaising directly with senior managers and all project staff.
