Senior Youth Worker (Adoption Project)

Contract: Zero hours
Salary: £12.50 per hour 
Hours: Event 1 Saturday per month on IOW, admin hours flexible
We are looking for a Senior Youth Worker to play a pivotal role in the delivery of Groundwork South’s Fusion project working with Adopted young people in Partnership with Adopt South. The Fusion project is a year long course of sessions, workshops and trips to various attractions across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight for Adopted young people aged between 8-18.
The central focus of the role involves supporting the Project Manager with delivering an outstanding programme of activities for young participants of the Fusion project, monitoring & evaluation. The role will include supporting the Project Manager with assuring best practice procedures relating to safeguarding, volunteer management and health and safety in order to achieve a safe environment for young people to grow and develop.
