We are looking for two Senior Youth Worker’s to play a pivotal role in the implementation and delivery of Groundwork South’s Fusion project working with Adopted young people. The Fusion project is a year long course of sessions, workshops and trips to various Hampshire attractions for Adopted young people aged between 8-18.
The central focus of the role involves supporting the Project Manager with delivering outstanding services for young people consisting of; planning a programme of activities, supervising staff, monitoring & evaluation and direct face to face delivery with participants of the Fusion project in partnership with Adopt South.
The role will include supporting the Project Manager with implementing and quality assuring best practice procedures relating to safeguarding, volunteer management and health and safety in order to achieve a safe environment for young people to grow and develop.
