Team Leader (YES) – Restart Contract

Location: GW London Offices (Hounslow) / remote working arrangements

Contract: 1 Year FTC 

Salary: £28,000

Hours: 37.5 per week


We are seeking a motivated and innovative Team Leader to work as part of the Restart team in Hounslow.

Our Employment & Skills team provides person-centre employment advice and support to thousands of people every year. Our work ranges from small local initiatives working with targeted groups to large-scale employment support programmes. We have a strong track record of achieving success, working in those areas that really need extra support, and of going the extra mile in inspiring people to think differently about their futures. One client told us: “I have been attending the job centre for the last decade and I have always felt that my age was a major restriction in me getting back into work. I was referred to Groundwork last year and straight away I started to see progress. I managed to secure an interview and a work trial for Tesco and about two weeks later started work. I can’t thank you enough”

Our Team Leader, RESTART is required to lead, develop, supervise and support a team of dedicated team of Employment Advisors delivering a range of quality employability support to local unemployed residents. You will inspire and ensure the effective monitoring & performance of the team to ensure targets are met; staff remain motivated and strong partnerships with stakeholders are maintained.

A qualification in Advice & Guidance would be advantageous.
