Keith Taylor is Chief Operating Officer at F3GROUP. He has a wealth of construction experience having started his career with national contractor, Galliford. Training as a chartered quantity surveyor, he quickly progressed within the group and, over the years, held a number of commercial management roles across the various regional Business Units. This experience included both construction and civil engineering.
From Galliford, Keith then took up positions with Mansell as Chief Surveyor, and later with Geoffrey Osborne, heading up their Homes & Construction sectors.
He then joined the F3GROUP as Managing Director of iWS Group, the business’ Construction Management and Integrated Delivery arm. Keith was appointed to the Board as F3GROUP Chief Operating Officer in February 2015, where he is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the group to ensure they are in line with its strategic vision.
Keith’s involvement with Groundwork began in 2015, when our Communities Team supported F3GROUP’s Emerging Leader’s programme, as well running a community project activity day. He is very team focused, and keen to use his business knowledge to benefit the wider community.
