Salary: 
Up to £31,000 depending on relevant experience, plus attractive benefits
Term: Permanent, 37 hours per week (part time will be considered, minimum 22.5 hours per week)
Location: Morley, Leeds

We work in partnership with residents, local authorities, schools, other charities and local organisations to develop projects which bring about regeneration and improve the quality of life. With a group turnover of £4.8 million and 80 staff, we are in a strong position to build on our achievements so far and expand our project programme further across Yorkshire and Humberside and the North of England.

The Trust is looking to recruit a talented and creative Landscape Architect to be a key part of our enthusiastic team to deliver landscape schemes that provide something special to local communities across our region. The role is intended in part to lead on the Better Place Project in Bradford that is aimed at improving the health and wellbeing of 0 to 3 year olds and pregnant mothers in the Better Start Bradford area by improving where they live. You will be liaising directly with clients, you will prepare project briefs, design and deliver the project on site. Effective communication, planning and organisational skills are key to this role. You will have the opportunity to develop your professional experience in an innovative environment and training and support will be provided.

You will have a Postgraduate qualification in Landscape Architecture, and have Chartered Membership of the Landscape Institute.
