Cook Together Eat Together is a project delivered in Coventry by Groundwork West Midlands. The project is funded by the National Lottery Community fund, and was developed to tackle social isolation and poor nutrition amongst residents aged 55 and over.
Groundwork lead the adult services partnership, part of the West Cumbria Mental Health Partnership in Allerdale and Copeland and we have 7 funded delivery partners. It is funded through Sellafield Ltd, as part of their 'Transforming West Cumbria' grants which are managed by Cumbria Community Foundation.
