Aughrim Programme

Aughrim provides grants for community groups in Northern Ireland.

Aughrim Landfill Programme is a partnership between Aughrim Landfill Ltd and Groundwork NI. It seeks to allocate Landfill Tax Credit Funding from the Aughrim landfill site located on the outskirts of Lisburn. The Programme aims to support projects working in the conservation and promotion of biodiversity projects and protection of social environment.

The grants available are from £5,000 to £10,000.

Map of licensed landfill sites NI – this map is not an official list. HRMC, ENTRUST and NIEA will have official lists, all applicants must confirm their closest landfill site is still licensed.
