COVID-19 UPDATE:

Groundwork London continues to deliver our employability support programme ‘Skills Support for the Workforce in Sussex’, but in order to minimise risk to our service-users and staff we have temporarily moved to a “remote” service. This means our team of dedicated Advisers are able to provide the same level of one-to-one advice and support via phone, text, email, WhatsApp, or Zoom.

SSW is still open for registration, so please do get in touch to find out more. We will discuss with you the most appropriate method of communication, taking into account your personal situation and the IT capabilities and resources available to you.

Are you over 18 and working, but would like to develop your skills? Or have you recently been made redundant and want to up-skill to get a new job? Whatever your career path or goals, we can help you to get ahead.

Gain new skills and qualifications
We can offer you 1-2-1 support to help you gain awards and certificates in Horticulture, Environmental Services, Waste and Recycling, Environmental Awareness, Employability Skills, Customer Service, Food Safety and Hygiene, English & Maths and much more.

Get 1-2-1 Career Coaching
As well as the training opportunities you’ll benefit from 1-2-1 career coaching, to help you prepare for work. Perhaps you’d like to improve your interview skills, your communication skills or just want advice on working towards your career goals.

Get Job Interviews, if you’re facing redundancy or are unemployed.
After you’ve finished the training and career coaching with us, we’ll set you up with job interviews for employment opportunities that match your skills and interests.

Get into Further Education
Do you want support to back into education? We can work with you and further education colleges to get you on a course that works for you.
