Thanks to funding from the Toyota Manufacturing UK Charitable Trust and Flintshire County Council, Groundwork North Wales are offering a new employability project – Toyota Thrive.
PAID WORK PLACEMENTS for 16-24 year olds.
Offering STEM associated training and workplace opportunities for up to 26 weeks.
8 weeks in house training with Groundwork North Wales offering a range of accreditations;
- Catering
- Customer Service
- Retail
- Health & Social Care
- Conservation / Outdoor Activities
- Woodworking
- IT and communication skills
After the 8 weeks internal training, participants will move into work placements with external employers suitable to their individual skills.
The programme aims to work towards real employment opportunities but these cannot be guaranteed.
