Support into employment

Most of our Trainees report feeling more confident, more employable and more positive about their future after completing a Groundwork Traineeship.

Our Trainees benefit from additional support with next steps once their traineeship has finished including writing their CV, applying for jobs, preparing for interviews and organising work trials and meetings with prospective employers or apprenticeship providers.

The Youth Work Traineeship has given me a new perspective on life and its given me the opportunity to make a better me.
