Senior Youth Worker

SALARY: £11 per hour (£21,450 FTE)

CONTRACTUntil 31 March 2021 (with a view to continue if funding is secured)

HOURS:  19.5 hours to include Monday, Tuesday and Thursday evenings & Saturday afternoon

OPERATIONAL AREA: Hampshire

LOCATION: Energy Youth Club, Eastleigh

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Youth Worker to lead on session delivery and support the project Manager with delivering outstanding services for young people at Energy Youth Centre and other sites across the area. Developing meaningful and positive relationships with young people, you will provide support and guidance on range of subjects based on young people’s individual needs whilst facilitating their personal and social development.

To take on this rewarding role you must be a strong leader, creative and solution focused with a proven track record of delivering and leading impactful services for young people.
