Green spaces need careful management in order to meet the needs of people living nearby and be havens for wildlife. We help make the most of country parks, heritage landscapes, woodlands and recreational spaces by developing long-term plans and funding bids and through undertaking the day-to-day management of green spaces.

We work with parish councils, ‘Friends of’ groups, local authorities, leisure trusts and private developers. We can play a part at all stages of developing and managing landscapes, from feasibility study to practical improvements to supporting community ownership models.

Our services include:

  • Community consultation and engagement
  • Feasibility studies
  • Production of management and maintenance plans
  • Delivery of maintenance contracts and management of contractors
  • Woodland management and improvements
  • Preparation of Heritage Lottery Fund bids
  • Catchment based approach planning
  • Volunteer recruitment and support
  • Green infrastructure planning
