Salary: National Minimum Wage to £10 per hour depending on experience and project allocated
Location: Various projects across the North and South of the Region

About the role
Working as a member of the Land and Communities team, you will engage with targeted participants who are involved with specific projects. In a diverse and busy environment you will be supporting the community project managers on projects which can range across the North and South of the region.
Sessional Community Support Workers can choose which projects they are most suited to and will be able to specify areas they would like to deliver from, i.e. North or South of region.
This role is subject to an Enhanced Disclosure endorsed by the Disclosure and Barring Service
About you
We want someone like you who will actively engage with participants and support the Community Project Managers. Your role will require you to be enthusiastic and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
You need to provide a professional service and develop effective working relationships with other members of staff, volunteers, participants and external partners, and facilitate delivery across a diverse programme of community led projects in targeted areas across specific areas
