Ian Brown - Chairman

Highly experienced in property assets, design, construction, housing and FM Director and Consultant in public private sectors.

Delivered complex change and service transformation programmes/projects including accommodation, agile working and extensive strategic service reviews in sensitive environments, involving union consultation and negotiations.  Professional background is construction, property, housing, regeneration and technical services having trained as a Chartered and Incorporated Quantity Surveyor.

David Martin

Group Treasurer for Northumbrian Water.  Department Head for a small staff team and an interest budget in excess of £110 million.

Peter Brookes

Durham County Council Councillor, division Trimdon and Thornley.

Previously Head of Community Services.

Diana Pearce

An effective Director of people, activities and strategies, experienced in organising large groups to understand and deliver results in a complex policy environment.  Previous post was Assistant Director of Environment Group for GONE.  Diana also sits on the Board of Groundwork South Tyneside & Newcastle.

Barbara-Anne Johnson

Former owner of the Morritt County House Hotel. Barbara-Anne has successfully developed the hotel into one of the leading venues in South East Durham. She has expertise around event management, social media, fundraising, project management, team building and new business start-up. Fluent in German.

Graham Street

A graduate in Biochemistry from Oxford University and Biochemical Engineering from University College, London.  His research for over the last thirty years has had sustainability as a theme incorporating, biochemical engineering, industrial symbiosis, sustainability through bio technology, integrated bio-process systems and ethics, producing over 100 publications and presentations.  Now retired.
