Future Proof Parks Bristol

Groundwork South is working in partnership with Bristol’s Friends of Park groups, to engage more young people aged 11-25 in their local parks. The project is funded by the National Lottery Heritage Fund and is part of a national programme called Kick the Dust.

We are working with the National Youth Agency and Fields in Trust to provide training and mentoring for twelve Friends of Parks groups between 2018-2021.

This year we are partnering with the Friends of Manors Woods Valley & Malago Valley Conservation Group, Friends of Troopers Hill and Friends of Eastville Park. If your group would like to partner with us, please email amy.walsh@groundwork.org.uk for more information.

Young Rangers

We will train, mentor and support you to grow your confidence and skills in conservation, woodcraft, foraging, first aid, campaigning, mentoring, vlogging and more.
