Groundwork is seeking a Business Engagement Officer to support the delivery of the Home Energy West Yorkshire scheme, promoting retrofit solutions to businesses and communities across the region.You will engage medium and large employers to raise awareness of the retrofit offer to their staff, develop targeted campaigns, and deliver both online and in-person information sessions.Based locally with a mix of home working and regular attendance at our Morley office, the role also involves community outreach, business engagement, and event support.You will train as a Retrofit Advisor, working with assessors and coordinators to support households throughout delivery, ensuring clear communication, minimising disruption, and connecting residents to wider support – including energy advice for those experiencing fuel poverty.This is a fixed-term opportunity within a growing team, with potential for extension and progression into specialist retrofit roles.

Outdoor Learning Tutor

Oxfordshire Outdoors are seeking to appoint on a permanent basis a full time Outdoor Learning Tutor to join our team of staff based at Woodlands Outdoor Education Centre, Glasbury on Wye. Oxfordshire Outdoors is managed by Groundwork South Trust Limited; we have 3 Centres: Woodlands OEC near Hay on Wye, Kilvrough Manor on the Gower and Yenworthy Lodge on the North Devon Coast. The Centres operate all year round; term times are our busiest times with courses from schools, many of which are from Oxfordshire. We are highly regarded by all of our schools and visitors.

Water Efficiency Engagement Officer

You will join the Homes Team and assist the Water Efficiency Lead in the delivery of Water Efficiency projects. The team deliver Water Efficiency audits across the Northwest to businesses and schools. Audits include behaviour change, Water Literacy Awareness, providing and installing water efficiency devices, identifying and fixing water leaks, and promoting and facilitating rain water harvesting and sustainable drainage solutions to reduce water consumption. You will be required to develop good working relationships with project partners and colleagues and liaise with other members of Groundwork staff delivering similar or complementary services. You will generate and respond to referrals and be responsible for providing effective support and customer service. Both advisory and practical, to enable people to make positive changes to their behaviour and to improve the quality of their lives through water savings. You will attend relevant team meetings/training to raise awareness of the programme and to develop/improve skills.
