The Green Patch – Kettering
A thriving and essential community asset, The Green Patch is more than a garden—it’s a place where people come together, learn new skills, and feel part of something bigger. This award-winning green space includes:
- After-school clubs, volunteer days and community events
- A successful ‘veg box’ scheme offering affordable, fresh produce
- Polytunnels, orchards, wildlife areas and a play space
Twywell Hills & Dales – East Northamptonshire
Situated on the southern edge of Rockingham Forest, Twywell Hills and Dales is a landscape rich in history and biodiversity. Managed by Groundwork Northamptonshire in partnership with The Land Trust, it is a well-loved site for walkers, nature lovers and families. It is famed as the best place in the county for butterflies and includes peaceful meadows, wooded trails and dramatic open views.
