We are recruiting two new Green Doctors

We’re looking for two Home Energy Advisor Trainees (Green Doctors) to join our team through a paid 12-month work placement with Groundwork UK’s Green Doctor Academy. This is an exciting opportunity to build valuable skills and experience while supporting some of Northamptonshire’s most vulnerable households.

As a Home Energy Advisor Trainee, you’ll receive full training to help residents improve their energy efficiency. You’ll visit people in their homes, provide free, impartial advice, and install practical energy-saving measures. Your role will be all about empowering people to take control of their energy use, reduce their bills, and access additional services and support.

You’ll also work with a wide range of public and private partners, making sure the support reaches those who need it most.

Based in Kettering, working across Northamptonshire

Full time, 12-month fixed-term contract (37.5 hours per week)

£12.60 per hour (National Living Wage)
