Anna Martin-Edwards

Anna Martin-Edwards is Chief Executive for Groundwork East and has over 20 years’ experience in the environmental and community third sector. Anna’s long-standing work across the region has established her as a respected voice on environmental and community issues in the East of England, with particular expertise in building partnerships that connect local needs with practical action. Anna specialises in organisational strategy, governance, income generation, compliance and environmental performance.

Anna is also a trustee of Essex & Suffolk Rivers Trust, reflecting her strong interest and expertise in the protection and improvement of local environments and is always keen to explore opportunities where Groundwork can add value and work collaboratively to build stronger, healthier communities across the East of England.
