Community Services
At Groundwork, we are focused on helping the local community. We help people come together to change the places where they live for the better and to develop their skills, build their confidence and make new friendships.
Employment
Recruiting the right people is key to the success of Groundwork Northamptonshire. We pride ourselves on working with our communities and stakeholders to recruit, train, offer experience and support local people.
Young People
We work with young people in and out of schools and other educational settings to encourage them to learn, to help them develop as people, and to have inspirational experiences that they will remember for life.
Energy & Water
We work with utility companies, housing associations, and local authorities to support programmes aimed at reducing waste, saving energy and water, and cutting the number of households in fuel poverty. We also have a new Green Doctors Energy Advice Programme.
Corporate Responsibility
We have already worked with multiple businesses across Northamptonshire. From us being their charity of the year to them coming to us for team days, we’re happy to support you as you support us.
Grant Management
