Recruiting the right people is key to the success of Groundwork Northamptonshire. We pride ourselves on working with our communities and stakeholders to recruit, train, offer experience and support the people of Northamptonshire.

In February 2023, we were awarded National Lottery funding to recruit a new Volunteer Coordinator and Youth Engagement Officer.

At the start of 2023, we announced the launch of our Green Doctor programme and we are recruiting.
