Ingredients

  • 100g wholemeal flour
  • 50g honey
  • 2 eggs
  • 50ml vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Optional: grated carrot or apple

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Line a muffin tray.
  3. Mix all ingredients until smooth.
  4. Spoon into cases and bake for 20 minutes.
