The annual Autumn Footprints Festival in Amber Valley took place between 13 to 28 September 2025 with 24 guided walks!

That was sixteen days of enjoyable walks and informative talks, with something for everybody.

Set in picturesque Derbyshire, the festival takes place every year in an area known for its natural beauty and superb scenery.

Led by knowledgeable local volunteers and staff keen to show off their patch, attendees discovered a wide variety of walks to explore local heritage, natural history and wildlife.

The routes took in walks alongside rivers and canals, as well as through open countryside, towns and villages.
