Beyond Barriers is FREE and open to unemployed adults (18 – 66) in South Derbyshire.

We can help you improve your mental health, boost your confidence, find a job, or help you gain new skills.

What you can expect from our coaches:

  • Meeting regularly in places you feel most comfortable
  • Personalised support based on what you want to achieve
  • Help set goals, break these down into steps and celebrate success

  • Help you be better off (advice on benefits, grants, etc)
  • Access to volunteering, training, and work experience/skills, in areas of interest to you
  • Building routines and behaviours important to managing daily life and employer expectations

We also have discretionary grant funding available to help you further.
