We are proud to be recognised for our long-standing efforts to build greener communities and reduce environmental harm across the East of England since 1985.

Our mission is to create a fair and green future where communities and nature thrive side by side. We believe environmental sustainability must be inclusive, addressing inequality while supporting healthier, happier lives. What makes us different is that we are not only an environmental charity; we work at the point where environmental, social and economic challenges meet.

Our programmes support people into greener lifestyles and skills, improve local spaces, help households with water and energy advice, support young people, deliver food growing and wellbeing projects, provide landscape architecture services and help businesses reduce their environmental impact.

Winning has given us a real boost. It has strengthened our determination to build on what we do, reach even more communities and organisations, and keep developing practical projects that respond to climate change, nature loss and local need.

It is recognition, but also motivation to go further.
