We are a regional charity with over 35 years’ experience of locally working with the public sector, businesses, and third sector organisations to create better and greener places where everyone can succeed.

All our projects are fully funded by local and national funders. This means all the support we give to individuals and communities is completely free of charge to them.
We were previously known as Groundwork Greater Nottingham, changing our name to Groundwork Five Counties in 2023 to reflect the areas in which we work – Derbyshire, Leicestershire, Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire and Rutland.
