People and Skills Keyworker
SALARY: £27,231 per annum pro rata (Actual salary £17, 663.35)
HOURS: 24 hours per week
CONTRACT TYPE: Part time Fixed term contract ending 31st March 2026
OPERATIONAL AREA: Tipton
LOCATION: Tipton base, with regular travel around Sandwell area when required. Access to own vehicle necessary.

The Role
This role involves working in a target driven environment so it is essential you can manage your time and prioritise your workload effectively in order to meet given targets.
As part of this role you will:
- Sign up new individuals to the support programme, based on the project criteria
- Identify and deal with complex customer barriers to employment, skills and life issues
- identify training and “route ways” to employment and education
- Support and manage a caseload of customers
- Engage customers in activities, helping them to progress into sustainable employment, training or education
