Climate Connected Communities 2026 is a new design process that eligible groups and organisations in London were able to pitch for £1,000 grants in May 2026 to build climate resilience in their communities via creative and innovative ideas.
Eligible groups included community groups, creative groups, youth groups, faith groups or other collaborations and community-led projects.
The process was a unique opportunity to prototype and test different ways of engaging Londoners.
