Café Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise café operations during shifts.
• Support and guide Café Assistants, volunteers, and trainees.
• Maintain high standards of food and drink preparation, customer service, and cleanliness.
• Operate café equipment, including coffee machines, and train others in their use.
• Assist with stock control, deliveries, and equipment monitoring.
• Support community initiatives and collaborative projects.

You will have:

• Previous experience in a café, hospitality, or food service setting.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of food hygiene and health and safety practices.
• The ability to lead by example and work effectively as part of a team.
