We are recruiting for a: Men’s Shed Engagement & Development Coordinator

Do you have a talent for building partnerships, securing funding, and turning ideas into action? Are you passionate about improving men's health and wellbeing? Groundwork Northern Ireland is seeking an ambitious and motivated Engagement & Development Coordinator to support and grow our thriving Men's Sheds Network, which currently supports more than 120 Men's Sheds across Northern Ireland.

Job Purpose

This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in ensuring the long-term sustainability and growth of a movement that is helping men connect, learn new skills, improve wellbeing, and combat social isolation.

This is far more than a desk-based position. You'll combine strategic development work with hands-on engagement across urban and rural communities throughout Northern Ireland.

If you are someone with experience in fundraising, grant applications, partnership development or income generation, who is a confident communicator and relationship builder and passionate about men’s health – this could be the role for you!
