We are recruiting for a: Trustee

Groundwork Northern Ireland is looking for new Trustees to help drive positive change for people, places and the environment across Northern Ireland. We work with communities and businesses to tackle hardship, support a just transition to net zero, and create healthier, more resilient communities.

Job Purpose

If you're passionate about making a difference, we'd love to hear from you. You don't need previous trustee experience, just a commitment to our mission and the ability to contribute your skills, ideas and perspective. Full induction, training and support will be provided.

We are particularly interested in people with experience in any of the following disciplines; Community Development, Health & Wellbeing, Legal, IT & Digital, Human Resources, Marketing & Communications.

Time Commitment - up to four Board meetings per year (in person), and the opportunity to join either the Finance & Business Development or the Governance & Personnel sub-committee which meets up to four times per year (usually online).
