We improve people's prospects

We provide innovative education, training and employment opportunities to increase people's skills, confidence, well-being and employability.

From accredited courses for 16-18's, to informal adult learning sessions, we believe in giving everyone the opportunity to learn regardless of their starting point.

We often use practical outdoor activities such as woodland management, gardening and food growing as vehicles for learning, as well as creative art and media, and traditional crafts such as woodwork.
