COVID-19 – Update
Progress is still accepting referrals for young people aged 15-24 across Coventry and Warwickshire who are currently NEET.
We are able to work with young people both in person and remotely, and can be flexible based on needs and circumstances.
In addition we are exploring novel ways to keep young people engaged via online resources and courses, whilst continuing to help them overcome barriers to employment, and work towards getting into work, training or back into education.
The support Progress provides for vulnerable young people is needed now more than ever, so please continue to refer those most at need.
How Progress helps
Progress offers an intensive, personalised programme of coaching, support and training, delivered by a partnership of leading youth charities and local delivery partners with a specialism in engaging young people.
Young people will work with a dedicated Progress Coach – an experienced youth work professional – who will encourage them to set positive goals, inspire a positive work attitude and help them navigate their own personal plan towards employment.
Through tailored, one-to-one support, the programme aims to increase the confidence, self-esteem and wellbeing of those enrolled, boosting social and personal skills as well as employability.
Who is eligible?
Progress is open to any young person who lives in Coventry or Warwickshire and meets the following criteria:
- Aged 15-24
- Is not in education, employment or training (NEET)
- Has the right to live and work in the UK
