Help us to keep Thwaite Watermill a beautiful place for all, to increase biodiversity and mitigate flood risk.

Your involvement will make a real difference to the staff and visitors who come here and the memories and experience they have. You will be part of what is one of the only remaining watermills in Europe.

Volunteers will undertake a general tidy up and litter pick along banks of Stour, and will freshen up facilities, install bird & bat boxes, create bug hotels and dead hedge – a process that slows flood water.
