Groundwork is proud to administer The Coastal Communities Fund (CCF) across England on behalf of the Ministry of Housing, Communities & Local Government. 

CCF encourages the economic development of UK coastal communities by giving funding to create sustainable economic growth and jobs. Round 5 of the funding stream will see will see £40m invested into England's coastal communities, with a minimum grant amount of £50,000. 

Since the start of CCF in 2012, grants have been awarded to 277 organisations across the UK to the value of £170 million. This funding is forecast to deliver over 16,000 jobs and help attract over £316 million of additional funds to coastal areas.The UK government announced in 2015 that the CCF will be extended to 2021 with at least £90 million of new funding available for the period 2017/18 to 2020/21.
