SALARY: £29,085.00 per annum pro rata (Actual salary £18, 865.95)

HOURS: 24  hours per week

CONTRACT TYPE: Part time

LOCATION: Dudley with occasional travel to other sites within the West Midlands

Job Role

Do you want to work in a role where you make a difference every day?  As an Employability Trainer you will be making a real difference by supporting our customers into employment.

We are looking for a highly motivated, target driven individual who has experience in delivering training to groups and coaching individuals.

This role involves working in a payment by results target driven environment so it is essential that you can manage your time and prioritise your workload effectively in order to meet given targets.

As part of this role you will:

  • Deliver employability training to a wide range of clients engaged on one or more of our employment programmes
  • Facilitate training both with groups and individually, including CV workshops, interview techniques, completing application forms.
  • Support the recruitment, induction, training and development of customers across a wide range of employment programmes
  • Work in a target driven environment and manage time effectively to meet
    targets.
  • Maintain relevant documentation in line with quality assurance procedures
