Youth Projects Lead

This is a rewarding role suited to a motivated and values-driven youth work professional with a passion for helping young people overcome barriers, build resilience and achieve positive outcomes. You will have experience of working with young people facing marginalisation or complex challenges, alongside a strong track record of delivering high-quality, community-based youth work.You will have a sound understanding of youth work principles, safeguarding, andeffective case management. You will be confident leading youth projects, managing budgets, collecting outcome data and working in partnership with other organisations to provide coordinated support for young people.You will have a strong awareness of the social and economic challenges affecting diverse communities and be committed to creating inclusive opportunities that enable young people to thrive. Excellent communication skills are essential, with the ability to engage and inspire a wide range of audiences using a variety of approaches, including digital media.A clean and valid UK driving licence is required due to travel across Greater Manchester.
