Grow Cook Eat

Grow Cook Eat, funded by Public Health North Northamptonshire, is designed to support childhood health and help families in North Northamptonshire grow their own food and cook and eat healthy meals. We run Cooking With Confidence courses for adults, plus a host of events for children and young people. We also have funding for community groups and charities.

Green Doctors Programme

We deliver the Green Doctor programme across Northamptonshire, providing free home energy visits to vulnerable households.

This includes identifying heat loss, installing small energy-saving measures, offering advice, tackling damp and helping people access grants, emergency heating and wider services. This programme helps residents reduce bills, live in warmer homes, and become more self-reliant.

Children, young people and families

Our Children & Young People’s service is in high demand – from Wellies in the Woods for under 5s and after-school clubs and holiday activities for older children to our needs led and targeted youth work. All are regularly oversubscribed.

We open our doors  to young people, giving them safe spaces, positive experiences and trusted adults to guide them.

Our person centred and wrap-around approach ensures that children, young people and their families receive the right intervention, at the right time.
