This report has been published in partnership with the Environmental Services and Solutions Expo. The research investigated young people’s perceptions on waste and resources management, and any barriers that might prevent them from choosing the sector as a career.
This report spotlights successful initiatives from across the green economy that can be adapted to ensure that waste and resources management remains a strong, innovative and sustainable public service. This includes our New to Nature programme, which actively work with diverse young talent to ensure that they develop the skills and knowledge that are necessary for the careers of the future.
