At Groundwork, we have teamed up with Anglian Water to help deliver part of their Smarter Drop campaign. It focuses on reducing the amount of rainwater that finds its way into our sewers to reduce the risk of flooding.
In Nat Flatman Street, we are looking at ways in which we can divert the rain water falling on hard surfaces, such as your roof, to another place where it can be more useful, such as the garden.
This is a completely FREE project to be part of and, if you take part, we’ll give you a rainwater storage system which can help reduce your bills and be kinder to our environment. If all goes to plan, Nat Flatman Street could be the smartest street in the UK!
