Groundwork London is known as the ‘Controller’ of your data which means we have ultimate responsibility about how your data is used.
Groundwork London will only collect your personal data to enable us to contact you about activities being delivered on the St Raphael’s Community Gardening Project. Your personal data will be shared with our project partner, Brent council only. We may store your data with countries outside the UK; however, these will only be ones which have the same privacy standards required by the EU for its residents.
We would like to keep your data until the end of the St Raphael’s Community Gardening Project in November 2021, after which time it will be destroyed. If you have consented for us to use your information for marketing, we will keep it until you notify us that you no longer wish to receive this information.
Your personal information will not be shared for purposes other than those stated above unless you agree to it at a later time.
If at any point you can request to see this information and have it corrected, deleted or transferred. We will also delete your data upon request.
