Top Chef* – here’s how to achieve each badge.
- Commis chef badge: (Cold cooking) Make your own fruity insect platter.
- Chef de partie badge:(Cold cooking) Make your own yummy salad.
- Sous chef badge: (Hot cooking) pasta and home-made sauce or home-made pizza (yum yum!) If you would like to make the dough, click for a recipe.
- Head chef badge: (Baking) Make a chocolate and beetroot muffin or carrot cake.
