Resources
Groundwork has developed a number of resources to help make
working with communities a stimulating and creative
experience. These resources give advice, guidance and
practical ideas on how to make sure that community-led projects
live up to their full potential.
Current resources
- Mentoring toolkit
Mentoring is where one person helps another to make changes to
their life or work. It is a partnership between two
people: the mentor and the person who is being
mentored. This toolkit is a short guide to the key principles
of good practice in mentoring volunteers.
- ECOREGEN
ECOREGEN is a website developed by Groundwork and the University of
Manchester with funding from the EU's LIFE programme. It provides a
wealth of information and guidance on working with people and
working with nature to create new uses for derelict land.
- Art and
regeneration
Groundwork and Arts Council England have been working in
partnership to embed the arts within a wide range of local
regeneration projects. This website provides ideas, inspiration and
practical assistance to regeneration practitioners and
artists.
